WHY YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE, WITH ME...
I have been coaching women worldwide for the past 7 years and have been in the fitness industry for 10 years as a personal trainer and hormone health coach. My own personal struggles having grown up in the 2000s where eating disorders were glorified and struggling with body dysmorphia, I wanted to create a safe fitness space that was empowering and helped women to unlearn that.
When I first started in the fitness industry 10 years ago, I was far too often the only woman in the weight room. My access to help and guidance for women in fitness was often outdated, shaming, or steeped in diet culture.
Given that 75% of all people who hire a coach are women, that is not ok.
Women deserve better.
After suffering from hormonal issues myself, and learning how rife they are amongst women, I knew I wanted to take my coaching further. Being a personal trainer was amazing and so fulfilling, but I was noticing a pattern: so many women seemed to be doing everything right but could not lose the weight, or meet their goals. Something was amiss.
I started educating myself on the hormones, blood sugars, gut health and adrenal support and realised most people are not eating a diet that supports this, and therefore cannot achieve their physical results no matter how well they exercise. It was at this point that I decided to become certified in hormonal health, and start helping my clients with their nutrition on a whole new level, and wow their results spoke for themselves!
I use a combination of exercise, cyclical eating (eating with your cycle) healthy habit building, mindfulness techniques and nutrient dense gut and blood sugar balancing dietary guidance to help women to grow in confidence, reach their fitness goals and actually feel a million times better. My passion for building confidence and compassion towards yourself bleeds into my coaching methods.
The vision is very simple: confidence comes from within and I believe women everywhere deserve to fall in love with living in their own skin. My goal is to help women to realise the God within them through working on themselves physically, mentally and spiritually

Pia Lara is a Women's Fitness Specialist, Hormone Health Coach, and founder of *The Curvy Girly Club*, with over 7 years of experience in helping women transform their relationship with their bodies. Having grown up in an era dominated by diet culture, she is dedicated to creating supportive spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and unlearn harmful beliefs about fitness.
Pia’s approach combines strength training, cyclical eating, mindfulness, and nutrition that supports gut and hormone health. Her coaching addresses unique hormonal challenges like PCOS and thyroid issues, focusing on sustainable, science-backed strategies for lasting wellness.
She also leads *SisterCircles*, a community where women connect, grow, and support each other through gatherings, workshops, and wellness retreats. With 10 years of solo travel across 40+ countries, Pia has built a global community and developed a deep understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives. She envisions her retreats as sanctuaries for women to find confidence, connection, and transformation.
Pia’s mission is simple: confidence comes from within, and she believes all women deserve to love living in their own skin. Pia’s goal is to help women realize their inner strength by working on themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually, empowering them to find the Goddess within them.

How many days per week do I need to train?All training programs are customised to your individual requirements, so it will depend upon your schedule and requirements and we can work around that.

How do I receive my workouts?You will receive an online client portal totally personalised to YOU and your needs. Everything will be uploaded there in real time.

Do you help with form?Form is the KEY to getting results, without good technique, any training program will be bad. It’s extremely important send me videos for technique guidance and cues so you can get the best out of your coaching experience.

Can I apply for coaching for workouts at home?Absolutely! All coaching is tailored to you personally, so whether you are in the gym part time, full time or not at all, we got you covered. All coaching comes with zoom consultations that allows us to determine what you have access to so I can create the perfect plan for you.

Is there a contract?All coaching comes with a 12 week agreement, cancellations and freezes are not possible during this time, and after the 12 weeks you can opt out any time with a two week notice.
